Scott is a seasoned operations, retention, and development executive highly successful at steering diverse organizations through startup, turn around, and growth. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Temple University, Scott began his career in the hospitality industry ultimately working for the most prestigious food management companies, including: Compass Group, The Garces Group, Sodexo Leisure, Starr Catering, SMG Worldwide, Flik, Wolfgang Puck Catering and Restaurant Associates. He is a growth strategist, brand developer, and public speaker. He specializes in the activation of public space through Food and Beverage and Amenities concepts, along with earned income solutions for attractions, destinations and food service providers.

Philippe is a seasoned retail leader and strategic advisor with a proven track record of driving transformation and long-term growth. As COO of Event Network—the leading retail partner for zoos, museums, and cultural destinations—he led a major company reorganization, bringing in top talent and reshaping the business into a more nimble, retail-focused operation. His leadership helped deliver the company’s highest-ever profits in 2016. Philippe also guided the rollout of a new company-wide technology system and oversaw the European division, aligning global operations for future growth.
Today, through his work with Sincera Group, Philippe helps cultural destinations across the country strengthen their retail programs. He advises on everything from RFP strategy and leadership coaching to team building, customer loyalty, and operational turnaround. Known for his hands-on approach and sharp business insight, Philippe helps organizations unlock new value, strengthen teams, and build retail experiences that grow with purpose.
Kathy Williams, Senior Consultant RFP Delivery Services
Kathy brings over 30 years of leadership in operations, finance, and strategic planning. As former CFO, CAO, and CQO at Zoo Atlanta, she helped transform the institutionleading efforts that eliminated long-standing debt, secured public funding, and delivered major sustainability and infrastructure projects. A CPA and graduate of the University of South Carolina, Kathy now advises zoos, aquariums, and safari parks nationwide. She serves as SinCera’s client and operator liaison throughout the RFP process and is active in her community through The Georgia Zoological Society and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
