SinCera stems from the Latin words “sine” (without) and “ceras” (wax) and is the origin of the English word “sincerity.” The phrase “without wax” became widespread during the height of Roman and Greek artistry. When a sculpture had a flaw, artists might fill in the chip or crack with colored wax to match the marble. Wax would serve as cover-up, masking imperfections. An arguably perfect or quality piece of work was therefore stamped SinCera or “without wax”.

Scott Campanella is a seasoned operations, retention, and development executive highly successful at steering diverse organizations through startup, turn around, and growth. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Temple University, Scott began his career in the hospitality industry ultimately working for the most prestigious food management companies, including: Compass Group, The Garces Group, Sodexo Leisure, Starr Catering, SMG Worldwide, Flik, Wolfgang Puck Catering and Restaurant Associates. He is a growth strategist, brand developer, and public speaker. He specializes in the activation of public space through Food and Beverage and Amenities concepts, along with earned income solutions for attractions, destinations and food service providers.
